Job Title: Automation Chapter Lead (Dynamics 365 with Power Platform)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automation Chapter Lead to provide strategic technology
leadership in automation technologies, capabilities, and operating models. This role focuses on
driving the automation of customer and operational processes to deliver efficiency, speed, and
accuracy, while enhancing customer and colleague experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Automation Architects, and SMEs to define and
implement automation technology platforms and capabilities.
• Lead teams in engineering and delivering high-value features, ensuring excellence in
execution.
• Define and communicate standards, best practices, and engineering excellence while
mentoring team members.
• Establish and maintain technical vision, strategy, and roadmaps; provide practical
guidance for implementation.
• Measure colleague performance and drive continuous improvement within the function.
• Create and present business cases for platform upgrades to senior stakeholders in
clear, non-technical language.
• Manage the tech debt register and ensure a minimum of 20% capacity is allocated to
resolving tech debt and enablers.
• Identify risks across the design and development lifecycle and implement mitigation
strategies.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities
and effective collaboration.
• Develop team skills through training, coaching, and mentorship, addressing any
knowledge gaps.
• Nurture team members, identifying and cultivating successors to reduce single points of
failure.
• Ensure clear, concise, and fluent communication across technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
• 15+ years of experience in automation solutions, with strong expertise in:
o Dynamics 365 CE
o Azure PaaS
o .NET
o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
o DocuSign and other automation applications
• Strong background in software engineering and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams in a collaborative,
multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify
complex concepts.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools including Jira, Confluence, SonarQube,
and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across parallel streams.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (desirable).
