Cloud Data Engineer & Tester

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing for batch systems processing large datasets.
- Utilize technologies such as Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS (EMR, S3), and Apache Airflow.
- Collaborate in Agile environments using GitLab for version control.
- Perform data validation and quality checks on structured and unstructured data.
- Work with credit risk data, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Apply basic UNIX knowledge for debugging and managing test environments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Hands-on experience in data engineering and testing within cloud-based ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in data-driven testing.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and workflow automation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AWS, Data Engineering, or Software Testing.
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or credit risk data handling.
