What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for RPG LE applications, including system architecture, module designs, and integration points.
- Develop comprehensive user manuals, release notes, support guides, and process documentation.
- Keep documentation in sync with codebase changes and Agile sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to accurately represent application.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation.
- Strong ability to structure and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with IBM iSeries environments and RPG LE terminology is a plus.
- Proficient with tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or DITA-based documentation systems.
- Comfortable operating in Agile environments with iterative deliverables.
