About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in both backend and frontend development, as well as experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IAM concepts and a passion for building high-quality, scalable applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Design and implement responsive web UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Build and maintain mobile applications (native or cross-platform using React Native or Flutter).
  • Integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) features such as authentication and authorization into applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply best practices to development workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in frontend development using React or Angular.
  • Experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks).
  • Basic understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Ping Identity, Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenShift).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of security best practices in application development.
