Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MFA Lead with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MFA products, team leadership, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

As an MFA Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MFA systems, mentoring a technical team, and ensuring seamless integration across various platforms and applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a technical team to deliver Identity & MFA solutions on time.
  • Design and implement MFA strategies and integrations across enterprise applications.
  • Work hands-on with MFA products and provide technical expertise for deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenShift.
  • Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively contribute to planning and execution.
  • Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and propose effective solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver secure and scalable solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to project leads and clients.

Technical Skills Required:

Core Skills:

  • Strong understanding of MFA concepts and hands-on experience with any MFA product (e.g., Okta, RSA SecurID, Duo, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms and containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database (SQL, Stored Procedures, Capacity Planning).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, and building pipelines integrated with Vault and test automation.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Maven/Gradle, Splunk, and monitoring tools (e.g., DX-APM).
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems, shell scripting, and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of Git workflows and application monitoring setup.
