Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Lead/Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior ServiceNow Lead/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ITSM, complex system integrations, and platform customizations, with proven experience in process automation, team collaboration, and client-facing roles. You will work on enterprise-level projects across diverse ServiceNow modules, driving digital transformation and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITIL and ITOM, modules.
  • Configure and optimize workflows, flow designers, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Lead or contribute to complex integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Azure and more.
  • Customize Service Catalogs, portals, widgets, and reports for various business needs.
  • Act as a technical SME or lead for cross-functional projects, offering guidance on architecture and best practices.
  • Collaborate in agile environments, participating in sprint planning, story refinement, testing, and documentation.
  • Provide mentorship, technical validation, and training sessions for junior team members or global stakeholders.
  • Conduct demos, pre-sales support and contribute to RFP/SOW proposal writing as needed.


Required Skills & Technologies

  • Core Platforms: ServiceNow (ITIL and ITOM) ITSM Service Portal, CMDB
  • Development Tools: JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor
  • Integration: REST APIs, Integration Hub, Azure,
  • Process & Management: Agile/Scrum, ITIL, SLA Management, Dashboard & Reporting
  • Security & Compliance: ACLs, Role/Persona Management, Access Control, Digital Signature Workflows
  • Additional Tools: Active Directory, SQL Server,


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred
  • Additional certifications such as Application Developer, Flow Designer, or Integration Hub – Preferred
  • Fluent in English (Advanced or Upper Intermediate level)


Preferred Experience

  • 5 to 10+ years in ServiceNow Development (across multiple modules)
  • Proven leadership or mentorship experience
  • Demonstrated success with client-facing engagements or global deployments
  • Pre-sales or technical solution architecture involvement
