Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with a strong background in the commercial, institutional, or corporate banking domain. The ideal candidate will possess a robust mix of business analysis expertise, technical acumen, and hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven initiatives. This role demands a keen understanding of business and technical architecture, system integrations, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end requirement gathering and analysis processes for banking applications.
- Prepare and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, UPNs, and BPMN diagrams.
- Write clear and concise user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Liaise effectively with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Analyze and map system integrations, understanding API interactions, end-of-day (EoD) processes, and intra-day messaging.
- Collaborate with architects to provide inputs on both business and technical architecture.
- Lead discussions and assessments related to AI/GenAI use cases, contributing to the design and implementation of intelligent solutions.
- Support data-driven initiatives with a sound understanding of data projects and their requirements.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and contribute towards innovation and solutioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking domains (commercial, corporate, or institutional).
- Strong core BA skills: requirements analysis, stakeholder management, documentation, and communication.
- Hands-on experience with process modelling tools and techniques like UPN/BPMN.
- Technically adept with the ability to understand API interactions, system architecture, and data flows.
- Experience in handling system integration and interfacing between multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI use cases, with at least a few project implementations in this space.
- Exposure to data projects and data management best practices is preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in Business Analysis or AI-related technologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud platforms, or data lakes.
